'I like the hotel and the neighbourhood is really nice. The good: the bed and the room in general, and also the staff is very welcoming. The bad: we had a huge room even with a kitchen but the shower was really tiny. Also we were very disappointed that the speakeasy / cocktailbar they use in almost all their marketing messages was closed for both nights of our stay. We were very much looking forward also to that part of our stay. Would have been great if they had informed us beforehand. '

'I booked this hotel because an airport shuttle was listed as an amenity. When I asked about the shuttle for our flight the next day, I was told that there was no shuttle service on the weekends. We had to figure it out on our own. Why list it as an amenity and then refuse to offer the service? '

'I checked in late (11:30p) so I had somewhere to stay near the airport for an early flight (7am). The check in experience was fine, the attendant was nice. When I got to the room though, I turned on the light and immediately saw 3 bugs scurry away - 1 under the TV stand and 2 under the cooktop stove. I thought I imagined it so I looked at the cooktop and could still see 1 of them and it was a small cockroach. I immediately left, contacted Expedia and the hotel, and stayed at a Marriott down...
