Kamer was netjes maar wel verouderd. Bedden lagen prima, douchekop hing voor ons te laag. Airco maakt lawaai maar dat zijn we al op veel plaatsen tegen gekomen. Geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Ontbijt was minimaal hebben beter gegeten in andere hotels.

Prima om te verblijven op ongeveer een uur rijden van Yosemite. Ruime kamer en goed bed. Personeel zou wat vrolijker/ vriendelijker mogen zijn.

Good value for money
Miners Inn is een aangenaam hotel; de kamer was goed en netjes en had een heerlijk bed. Het ontbijt was karig en de bediening niet al te vriendelijk. Qua ligging een ideaal hotel voor een bezoek aan Yosemite National park. Mariposa is een aardig plaatsje met een aantal goede restaurants en een goede supermarkt

Goed hotel om Yosemite NP te bezoeken
Prima hotel om Yosemite NP te bezoeken. Leuk dorpje om 's avonds te eten. Hotelkamer is van alle gemakken voorzien (zelfs nog mini zeepjes/shampoo) zelfs een klein balkon (al hadden wij uitkijk op een kale muur). Ontbijt is prima. Je kunt zelf wafels maken, er is tostibrood, yoghurt, zelfs vers fruit (druiven, heerlijk)! De ontbijtruimte is wel te klein voor aantal kamers dat ze aanbieden en iedereen rond dezelfde tijd wil gaan ontbijten. Gelukkig is er buiten nog een terras. Ook is er een klein souvenirwinkeltje. Verder geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. We waren hier alleen om te overnachten.

Sorry everyone, but this is going to be harsh. I think we've all heard the phrase "spare no expense." I believe this place. It would read "spare all expense". Staying here is like the equivalent of flying in the cattle car section of the world's cheapest airline. The breakfast that was included in the stay had to be the worst breakfast I really have ever had, even for a budget hotel . The rooms were furnished with what appeared to be worn out furniture rejects from the local thrift store, that is what little furniture there was in the room. The hotel looks to be a hodgepodge of 3 or 4 former hotels that were combined into one and the owner's really have spent no money at all on the place with the obvious intent to maximize the number of people it can cram into a space, but spend zero attention to actually making the place at all welcoming or comfortable. Breakfast had consistently about a 100 people at any one time vying for the 5 small tables. Even they reception area was a gloomy, small forsaken desk planted in large barren room. The owners don't appear to care enough to even bother placing a cheap plastic plant there to even try to spruce it up. I will say on the brightside, if there is any, the staff were very friendly and quite helpful kudos to them. I feel sorry for them that they have owners who are such obvious uncaring scrooges..

Room not available at 3pm checkin. Was told housekeeping works an 8 hr day which ends at 5:30pm, so prepaid room not ready until then. Was given a substitute room with unsecured door and couple in next room was high and stumbled in/out of room. Checked out and found a much better accommodation. Miners Inn doesn't meet 1 star review.

The Miner’s Inn is a great deal if you don’t mind staying at an older property with limited amenities. We picked it because we wanted something clean, affordable, and relatively close to Yosemite (and something that didn’t involve camping). The only thing I actively disliked was the bedding. It was old and pretty thin. But as a clean place to sleep, Miner’s Inn was a good value.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a base for a Yosemite trip and really enjoyed it. Location is nice and peaceful with a good amount of dining options nearby as well as a grocery store and a Chevron. Everything in town you can pretty much walk to and the Yarts stop is just right around the corner to easily get to Yosemite. Would recommend eating at Happy Burger Diner and getting some good customized coffee at The Coffee Shop next to the visitor center.

Liked the cleanliness of the place. Staff was welcoming. Just two things that might require service. Might want to change the brackets that hold the shower curtain rod in place. They're rusted. And water wasn’t draining fast enough in the bathtub. Other than that, I did enjoy my stay and the included breakfast.

Ubicado a la orilla del poblado. Servicio de limpieza malo , camas incómodas. La habitación con olor a encerrado . La empleada de limpieza dejó basura sin recoger, solo tendió las camas . El desayuno incluido constó de huevo cocido (frío) waffles, cereal , café y jugo .

Overall, no major complains for a motel at this price range. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was appropriately provisioned. Location is great, easy parking. Will stay there again. Only con: the bathtub emptied very slowly, so much so that it half filled when taking a shower, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Wonderful 6 Night Stay
My photo tour stayed here for 6 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. Complimentary breakfast was good and they had something for everyone in the groups taste. Rooms were clean and well kept. We had slight mechanical problem with A/C in one room, but it was fixed promptly. We’ll definitely be back in the future.
