'Excellent choice for us as it was close to “Main Street” Virginia City. The room was pleasant and quiet. Thus was a quaint well kept hotel and the bed & pillows perfect for a good nights sleep. Highly recommend this location even if it is for one night like it was for us'

"Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
"We had a comfortable stay at one of the luxury studio cottages. It was very cosy and we enjoyed the heating through the fireplace. The facilities were also very good and we enjoyed the comon fire-pit and making marshmallows. The location of the property is also very good in close proximity to Kings beach and Tahou city. "
