'We had an awesome time at the Loft in Clipston. The house has everything you could possibly need. 'Host there to welcome us when we arrived. He helped to carry in the luggage and showed us how the hot water and heating worked. Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. "Absolutely awful stay, although it must have been a great hotel to stay 20 years ago. It’s nothing like that anymore and nothing like that. Rooms are enormously old, reception is unfriendly and not showing that they don’t want to work there. Extra: I have received a parking fine even though I submitted my car registration number. After multiple times of contacting the hotel. Promising cancellations of the fine, nothing has been done."
