'We stayed here for just a weekend getaway but wished we had stayed longer. The location is ideal as it’s close to everything without being noisy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is newly renovated so everything was in great condition. We didn’t partake of the breakfast but had early morning coffee. The parking attendants were extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely be back!'

'Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again.'

'No complaints, nice and spacious room, the cleaning service seems a bit overbooked, as day 1 both of my glasses in the bathroom were filthy (lipstick stains, eww!), but this was resolved immediately when i asked. Club level has a separate room for breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening, both were great. The elevator to the club level however is unbelievably slow.'

'I ended up in the hospital for two nights. I was booked for just one. They held my things for the. Extra night. I am on disability. They didn't charge me. I so appreciated that. A beautiful hotel'

'Great kitchen space and lots of room to relax. I found the blinking light over the bed quite annoying and had to cover it to be able to sleep. It flashed and lit the entire bedroom. I also found out mid shower that the shampoo was empty and butterflies were dead in the TV remotes. Small insignificant details make huge differences.'

'Pros - Great location to anything in the area. Staff was very good and the nice lady named Anna was the best time having breakfast. Cons - The room as soon as we walked in. The the smell that hit our nose was like no one has stayed in that room in a while. There was a area rug by the bed that has seen it's last days and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Say the same thing for the mattress, hard sleeping on it. The room was small and the bathroom was the smallest one we ever stayed at...

'Goed hotel. Wel alert bij ontbijt: je krijgt een voucher voor 2 personen. Als je met kinderen reist, moet daarvoor apart betaald worden. Onaangenaam als je boekt inclusief ontbijt.'

'The room key to one of our rooms at check in brought us to a room that was already occupied, the staff was excellent and swiftly got us into a new room and even upgraded it complimentary. The other room had a phone ringing 1-3 rings every 20min all night, hard night of sleep. The staff was excellent in finding a solution and letting us know the hotel phone lines were routing to that room rather than the front desk, and did everything possible to improve the remainder of our stay. '

'The Night employee Tom was awesome. He gave us an idea where to go have breakfast. He was a big help. Most of the hotel was closed for renovations. The price was okay for not having normal amenities. The bed was comfortable. Other than lots of construction on property, it was okay.'
