'Not the room/chalet we booked, given another one. No heating, dirty, dusty, old worn furniture. We didn't stay the night, we drove 1/2 to another town and checked into a hotel. Disgusting.'

'Perfect location, price and convenience for Wembley stadium. Very basic but when you're out and about on the city you don’t really need any frills just a safe base. Its right next to the tube which is a real bonus. Will definitely return. If you like cat then resident cat Batman is a perfect host 🐈⬛'

'Really average in all, only Ok if you’re on budget.
Bedside commode wasn’t clean, which made me suspicious of the cleanliness of the bedding as well, so I slept on the duvet.
Bathtub upstairs wasn’t clean on the checking in night, and it was occupied by the host for 1hr before check out time, so we had to use the shower downstairs…'

'The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly.
A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button.
The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out.
Overall is satisfactory!
