'Beautifully refurbished 1854 home with so much heart put into every detail . Heather and Jason were such friendly and accommodating hosts. We enjoyed a delicious home cooked breakfast every morning followed by a walk around charming Holden. We’d definitely recommend a stay here!'

'We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)'

'Our room had the worst lighting of any hotel we have stayed in. The only mirror was in the bathroom. All other hotels we have stayed in had a full-length mirror so the ladies can check out their attire. The bathroom had no hooks to hang up bath towels. We used the coat hangers. 'My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Groton Inn. After an unfortunate experience at another hotel nearby, the Groton Inn truly saved the day, and I’m so glad we found it. The property is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is immaculate, the architecture is charming, and the entire atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and welcoming. 'Friendly staff, pet friendly, nice location'

'The farm is in a deteriorated state. The cottage is not very clean due to the old state of the building. When sitting on the deck the view is very nice except for the huge amount of mosquitos, micr and squirels.'

'The staff was nice, it was clean, but it has a very bizarre smell. I think it might have been paint because there was painters tape still all over my room including covering some of the smoke detector. The bed springs were CRAZY. I was put in a two bed room and both mattresses were shot. If your primary purpose is rest and sleep, this isn’t it.'
