The staff did not know what they were doing. They told us they didn’t have the room we booked, they were going to upgrade us for free. The room they gave us already had someone in it. They said they could give us a bed with a king in it, i had booked a suite because we were there with our son for a baseball tournament. A king would mean he’d have to share a bed with us so I told them that would not work. They said I could get a roll away, the manager had to approve not paying for this addition. I told them they should absolutely not be charging me for it since I paid for a suite more than big enough for the 3 of us and it’s not my fault they overbooked. We booked this hotel because the one we originally booked told us the pool was closed. When we got to this hotel they told us the pool was closed for 24 hours for chemicals. 24 hours later they said the same thing. The restaurant in the hotel Was not open, we could not get any information about breakfast. In general this hotel was not clean, and 2 of the 4 elevators were broken. We took the stairs which was fine with us but there was an event that made the two working elevators almost impossible to get to. We ended up switching hotels for our second night. The manager said he would “do his best” to get our money back for the second night. We will see. But I would not recommend staying here if you want even your basic needs for a hotel stay met.

This property is a little run down, but serves its purpose. Unfortunately when we arrived, we were told to come back later as they had a VERY large group check out 3 hours late so they hadn't been able to clean the rooms. They did make up for it with a small bag of snacks. Everyone was very nice.

I like the property it was great the breakfast was ran great and the food was delicious. The thing I did not like or care for was that they were remodeling the floor that our room was on all week. We were unable to sleep in because the workers started working at 6:00 AM every morning this was a bit upsetting. Other than that the stay was great.

Property looks to be under construction but the inside has a very nice atmosphere. The staff all were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent size. Plenty of parking. Right next to shopping but set apart closer to the wooded areas so very quiet. We were late to breakfast and showed up as they were putting everything away and the staff was very kind and let us grab some food before they took it away. Elevators were a bit dated but overall would stay here again.

Room was not ready I had to wait half hour with my family at the front desk they had to figure out the availability of my room. Second after we checked in we went out for dinner upon return room keys was deactivated I had to go back to the front desk to get my card reactivated.

The pool was nice as was the coffee. On the first day there we didn't make it to breakfast because when we checked in they told us the wrong time. Then for the second day, we asked two different staff people and each told us a different time but we only made it with 20 min to spare.

Rooms are dark and great for a nice sleeping! Breakfast is great and has a good variety of everything. Also, the lady in the breakfast is very nice and always pending to give a nice service. What we don’t like was that they are charging $40 per day for a guinea pig. Previously they didn't charge for a small animal.

I stayed from Tuesday to Friday last week and everything was decent on the inside everything seemed cool and pretty , hallways looked alittle old bedrooms as well, what was upsetting was first 2 night the pool was closed when i was told it should have been open the next day but wasn’t they didn’t open the gym and pool until Thursday which was my last night , I did receive a refund because of that situation. Breakfast was given in the morning and breakfast wasn’t that tasty more on the plain side ! But other than that everything seems cooled and it was a nice get away for me and my boyfriend Also btw the hotel was like in a back cut area alittle creepy and scary but I was safe the hole time / pool had like green water I didn’t like that at all !
