The hotel was under construction. It was messy, confusing for check in. There was not an on site restaurant as advertised, due to the construction, nor was there an included breakfast as we paid for, nor were the fitness facilities available. Also we paid for a room with a king and fold out bed. What we got was a small king room with no other bed option. The front desk said that was all they had available. Again, not what I paid for. They did send a cot, but not what we were expecting when we booked through Expedia. In all honesty I feel Expedia should have informed us of these conditions. We would not have booked this hotel. I feel we are due a refund of at least half,due to this severe inconvenience and added cost for breakfast, and very uncomfortable conditions! Thank you!

We didn’t know that the property was under construction, the room we stayed in was brand new but we did feel like we were walking through active construction zones at times. Would happily stay again when construction is complete!

Property is under construction so most of lobby and facilities are closed. The check in was in a portable area, but was fine; the staff was friendly and the room was beautiful, clean and quiet.

They were under construction. Everything was closed. We couldn’t use the pool or gym. And then once we were checked in around 8pm we get a notice out in under our door saying they were shutting off the water from 10:30 to 4:30 am. We couldn’t even flush the toilet. I got the room with the bath tub to bath my children in and we didn’t even use it we were too scared. There was a tile half dangling from the ceiling

We apologize for the inconvenience due to our water shut off. I also apologize for any miscommunication as our pool was not out of service last week, only our fitness center. We hope you will consider staying at the Courtyard again in the future so we can show you the upgrades we are currently working on.

Quick and easy business trip.
The check in was quick and easy, the facility is very easy to find, right off the highway. If there was anything I could say negatively, it would be that the heating/ac unit was very noisy and cycled every minute. I have learned to bring earplugs with me on these trips so it did not affect my sleep,

We offer hot cooked to order breakfast sandwiches starting at 8.00 plus a variety of breakfast options priced lower. The 18.00 was a buffet that was offered this past weekend for those guests on the run due to hockey tournament games. Feel free to reach out to discuss further.

Friendly clean hotel.
We only stayed one night! Everyone was nice, the room was clean. The tv didn’t work at first but they came right up and fixed it in a minute. I do love that they have Starbucks coffee and the little bistro.

Had bunch of teens as in 30 to 40,from another country staying on the same floor, they started to hang out in hallway AND became really obnoxiously loud in the next room. The front desk graciously allowed us to change the room, to REALLY quiet corner, and our stay after that was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend. Will be back to this hotel again

Pleasant 1 night stay
Almost everything was how a Hilton Brand should be. However, The room only had ONE regular coffee capsule. Looks like people who stay there rarely use the Keurig and instead get coffee from the Starbucks downstairs. So. my wife had a cup of the Keurig coffee and I didn't. Also. The toilet is extremely noisy and Management needs to service that.

A little outdated but decent enough for an overnight stay. The front desk clerk was very impersonable. Big problem is the low toilet!! When my husband sat down, the family jewels ended up in the water, making the rest of the mission impossible! Even as a short person I felt my knees were in my armpits. Be forewarned.

Everything was perfect. Everything was clean, staff was professional and courteous. If I had to knock on something would be parking lot was a hike to main entrance. But a good walk is healthy for you, so I would still choose to come back. Thanks!

Lovely staff, great facility, but was out in a room that must have been near an ice machine. I didn’t notice it until coming back from dinner, exhausted from a long day, so thought I could sleep through it. Didn’t sleep a wink - the room actually vibrated and the noise of the machine kicking on and off was unbearable (and I am not a light sleeper). The staff will have known this about the room - shame on them and the management. A wasted expensive night. Flabbergasted.
