'Great family room with separate bunk beds for the children. Brilliant breakfast and canapes and staff were great. Only downside was the hot water wasnt working very well so had coldish showers.'

'atmosphere '

'Nice property in a good location.'

'Outstanding. Everything and all staff and waters all are outstanding. No words can describe my satisfaction. Probably the best sleep i got since a very long time in an organic heritage hotel very quiet and warm town. All TV and coffee bar are modern and clean and convenient. I really liked the biscuits made by the chief in the room with a cup of coffee ar 6:00 am overlooking a peaceful and historic 1600s downtown. The breakfast and English muffins mushrooms and eggs are fresh and made with...

'Lovely venue'

'Lovely place to stay and hot breakfast was delicious'

'Parking good , lots of shopping and food close Garden and kitchen are great'

'This was an outstanding stopover for a couple of nights. A most welcoming hostess, overseeing our visit throughout. The room, although not large, was clean and well maintained, and like the rest of the property spick and span. Breakfast was outrageously generous, both in size and content. The location is very quiet and highly suited to visiting local attractions, being only 5 mins drive from Aldeburgh and 10 mins from Snape, with car parking well provided on site. Thoroughly recommended.'

'We had a comfortable overnight stay (very comfortable bed!). Having been to a wedding reception that day, we didn’t want much to eat, but found just what we wanted, even though the menu is not extensive. The food was good and the fish and chips are obviously a popular choice, and looked delicious. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly.'

'Toen we aankwamen was er niemand (21:30 uur) en toen we in de ochtend weggingen hebben we ook niemand gezien. Alles heel onpersoonlijk. Het ontbijt wordt pas vanaf 9:00 uur geserveerd. Dat was voor ons veel te laat. Weer een B&B met alleen een Bed en geen Breakfast.'

'I enjoyed my short stat at The White Horse Hotel, and when coming back to Leiston I would most definitely stay here. I had an evening meal which was served piping hot and most enjoyable.'

'Ruime kamer met goede 2-eenpersoonsbedden. Elke dag schone handdoeken en bed opgemaakt.'

'Very enjoyable stay. Excellent staff led by John the general manager, whose welcome is friendly and genuine. Top marks. Room comfortable if slightly very cramped . Excellent breakfast that used fine local ingredients. Dinner was good too, but a few of the dishes just need a little more finesse to make the Michelin guide. Overall, strongly recommended thanks to John and his team.'

'Place was clean and lovely and staff very helpful. I would’ve loved to have found out what the “meal deal” was in the lounge though. And no air conditioning so our room was sooooo hot at night. We had a fan that helped but was so hard to sleep. I understand it’s not the hotels fault but yeah it wasn’t as hot outside anymore it seemed to retain the heat from the last few months still'
