'The room was described as a city view, but your view is the wall of the building across from you. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom was gross with mildew and paint peeling from the ceiling. The bathroom door doesn’t fully open and it blocks the toilet so you need to sit sideways to use it! Also, the wifi only seemed to connect down in the lobby.
The location is a 7 minute walk to where you want to be, so not a far walk, but the hotel’s location is completely dark, deserted and sketchy at...

'This so-called “hotel” is a complete scam. They contacted me after I booked, asking me to cancel the reservation myself because of major construction, flooding, and full closure of the facility. They promised a refund “as soon as they received the cancellation.”
It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no response, and no proof that the place even exists. I’m now stuck in a long, frustrating process trying to get my money back through legal and bank channels.

'Bathroom is really really small, if you’re over 180cm tall your legs will oush against the shower cabin. You can hear the street inside your room and when people talk and walk in their room you can hear it in yours too. But location wise is the hotel in a good area, 5-10 min walks from the metro and ferry. '
'It was very noisy. They have a restaurant under our room (Room 101) and live music until 1 AM during working days and even later during the weekend. So sleeping without earphones wasn’t possible.

'I did book this hotel through Expedia for my aunt and her daughter for 4 days as soon as they arrived they contacted me and said the air quality , lights quality is poor they said the room is not clean as a result they left the hotel as soon as they checked in , the photos posted on line is not what exactly to expect .
