Sonra beni upgrade edilen odama aldılar. Burada da gece sıcak su kesildi. Sanırım otel yeni olduğu için bazı şeyleri oturmamış olsa da, otelin kalitesi dekorasyonu konumu manzarası ve personel ilgisi mükemmeldi'
'Bathroom is really really small, if you’re over 180cm tall your legs will oush against the shower cabin. You can hear the street inside your room and when people talk and walk in their room you can hear it in yours too. But location wise is the hotel in a good area, 5-10 min walks from the metro and ferry. '

'This so-called “hotel” is a complete scam. They contacted me after I booked, asking me to cancel the reservation myself because of major construction, flooding, and full closure of the facility. They promised a refund “as soon as they received the cancellation.”
It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no response, and no proof that the place even exists. I’m now stuck in a long, frustrating process trying to get my money back through legal and bank channels.

'Ich konnte es nicht fassen so ekelhaft waren die Toiletten die duschen. So alt die Böden alles kaputt. Man konnte bis 3 Uhr nachts nicht schlafen. Ich verstehe nicht warum dieses Hotel 8 von 10 Punkte hatte. Habe darauf vertraut und gebucht. Nie wieder komme ich hierhin! Es hat gestunken man konnte mit offenen Fenstern nicht schlafen wegen dem Lärm. Es war eine Zumutung! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel keinem! Zahlt lieber etwas mehr und genießt euren Urlaub.'
