Arrived before check in time but reception very helpful and allowed us to use facilities before actual check in time. Very busy and quite noisy around pool area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Personally music around pool too noisy but younger visitors enjoyed Food at bar and breakfast good choice and good quality. Problem with drink choices which had run down and awaiting delivery. Overall enjoyed our short stay

When we arrived at club Anastasia , the receptionist told us the WiFi is only available downstairs in the lobby - which is not what it says on most websites. Also they told us we have to pay for AC in living area in our room which was £25 for the week. Also on the website it says the safe is included but when we got there we had to pay £20 for a safe to put our valuables in. We had to tell them to clean our room and they didn’t even come we had to keep reminding them to please supply extra toilet paper and to change the bed sheets. Some of reception staff are so rude and don’t listen to what you have to say . We had to change our bedroom once as the bed was broken. Overall the hotel does not look as it does in pictures. Don’t waste your time. The price is good but they get you to pay for extra things once you are there.

Rude receptionist and manager.
I had booked a room (breakfast included) for three nights from Expedia online. When we arrived the hotel the gentleman at the front desk (Mr. Nuri) told us there was no room available.They gave us a room for two nights at a rate higher than Expedia had arranged. I think that the situation stems from the fact that there was an extreme demand due to the Ramadan Feast Holiday and the hotel administration was opportunistic.
Our customers' reviews highly unreal Our client has arrived at the hotel at 10 p.m. but was not booked on the Expedia system appear , this is not a problem caused by us. We said your reservation not appear on expedia systems but we gave him room by taking a 2 days with gate price and normally expedia price is lower than our gate price of course They reservation appeared in the systems on next day 3 days only room and we paid money back to them with 3 days free breakfast complimentary Our customer satisfaction in the forefront for our hotel , this reviews extremely biased and does not reflect reality.
