'I highly recommend Due Mori hotel. It is wonderfully located at the heart of the old town. In no more than two minutes by walk, you can reach great local restaurants, amazing pastry shops as well as the main square (Piazza degli Scacchi) and the castle. Its staff is extraordinary helpful. During our stay, Mr Alberto (at the reception) was extraordinary helpful in scouting for a place to dine while it was already late at night. 'Beautiful hotel, with a real luxury feel to it. Spectacular pool+area. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Elegant staff. Lack of awareness of noisy gardener, lack of gardening-policy. Our breakfast and lunch (on same day) were spoiled by ridiculous extremely noisy gardening machines (e.g. a water brush to 'dust' the leaves). Sounds like hidden employment, or Italian hysteria! Only after repeat complaints by several guests this was stopped. Not acceptable, lack of awareness. A 5-star hotel...

'My one-night stay was pretty pleasant. The hotel is located within short walking distance from the city center and also from the train station. My room was ok, but could do with a bit of renovation and some more decorations. Breakfast was fine, and all staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.'
