The eleven Marquartstein combines stylish living with a passion for mountain sports and warm hospitality. In the vacation apartments at the eleven, you’ll find not only a fresh, inspiring atmosphere for your getaway, but also opportunities for self-discovery and personal growth: yoga and holistic coaching are offered right on-site. And all this in an exceptionally laid-back mountain region near Lake Chiemsee!
The approximately 50 m² two-room apartment, which is quietly located and sunny, features a bedroom (double bed 160x200), living/dining room (with dining table, pull-out daybed, and TV), kitchen, bathroom with a window and a large shower, and a hallway with a coat closet is located on the first floor. All rooms feature windows, modern underfloor heating, and hardwood and tile flooring. The floor also features a small west-facing balcony with a seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, organic spices, organic tea and coffee, as well as vinegar and oil. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a parking space in the courtyard are free of charge. There is a charging station for electric vehicles right in the courtyard (for an additional fee). Yoga mats are provided in your room.
The eleven Marquartstein is located in the idyllic Piesenhausen district of Marquartstein. The Hochplattenbahn aerial cableway and the town center are within walking distance—about 10–15 minutes. Lake Chiemsee, with its public beach and beach bar, is only 12 kilometers away. Nearby, you’ll find various restaurants, a small swimming lake, and shopping options. Larger cities such as Rosenheim and Munich, or Traunstein and Salzburg, are easily accessible by bus and train.
Linda Gallner is a native of the Chiemgau region and a mountain enthusiast. As a trauma-informed coach and yoga teacher, she holistically guides women on their journey of self-discovery and self-development. Together with her husband Christoph, she moved to Marquartstein in early 2023 to bring her vision for eleven Marquartstein to life: to create an inspiring retreat in the mountains for active and mindful people.
