Oostzijde en strandzijde, geniet van comfort en locatie met de Urban Beachcomber!

Gelegen op een steenworp afstand van McCarty's Cove en een korte fietspad of wandeling naar het centrum, geeft de centrale locatie u direct toegang tot de populairste attracties van Marquette! De Urban Beachcomber biedt uitzicht op Lake Superior vanuit elk raam en een gezellige, schone en comfortabele plek om naar huis te bellen tijdens uw bezoek.

Ons huis met 3 slaapkamers is zeer comfortabel geschikt voor maximaal 7 gasten.
Draadloos internet en kabel is door het hele huis beschikbaar.
Keuken voorzieningen omvatten full-size apparaten fornuis, koelkast en vaatwasser. Kleinere apparaten zijn een koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, broodrooster, mixer, crock pot, koffiemolen, handmixer en ovenschalen.

Het hele huis zal beschikbaar zijn voor onze gasten!
De garage is ingesteld voor het afstemmen van je uitrusting en opslag (bijv. Voor fietsen, golfclubs, snowboards, paddleboards enz ..)

Wij zijn locals! Als er iets is dat we kunnen doen om onze gasten aangenamer te maken, neem dan gewoon contact op.

De 'East Side' van Marquette is een geweldige plek om te verblijven! Op slechts een steenworp afstand van 'McCarty's Cove' en de 'Iron Ore Heritage Trail' kunt u gemakkelijk door de stad wandelen, rennen of fietsen!
De campus van de Northern Michigan University ligt op 1,6 km afstand.

De YMCA bevindt zich vlak langs Lakeshore Blvd, evenals de Lakeview-arena en het Marquette Skate Plaza.
Lakeshore Bike is een blok ten noorden, je kunt het zien vanuit het huis. Ze huren fietsen en aanhangwagens voor het trekken van kinderen.
Lake Superior Theatre draait in de zomer, om de hoek.

Het Maritiem Museum bevindt zich naast de deur en is geopend van mei tot september en biedt ook vuurtorentours.

Drie parken, het beste strand van de stad en de Lower Harbour zijn allemaal binnen 1/2 mijl van het huis!

Amazing property for a group

We were lucky this property was available to book for our last minute trip to Marquette. It made our vacation to Marquette very enjoyable and comfortable. We all had room to spread out.Whole house was very clean and decorated with charming art of the city. Bright, sunny, central location.Kitchen was fully stocked and had what we needed to cook meals. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Bedrooms comfortable. We did not use the sauna, but perhaps next time we are there. There were many thoughtful amenities in the cupboards around the house. We will book again next time we visit Marquette. I wish all vacation rentals were this clean and wonderful.

Gorgeous property!

I just wish the weather had been better so we could have sat on the deck looking at Lake Superior. The house is beautiful. We were celebrating my daughter’s graduation and had a large group up. The dining table was large for family meals and plenty of space to play cards. The sauna really helped get over the chill of the rain, and yes, sleet in May; gotta love Marquette. I would absolutely rent this property again!

Perfect location for Graduation weekend stay

The Urban Beachcomber was a fantastic place for our family members to stay for a NMU graduation. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. The view of Lake Superior was beautiful, particularly the gorgeous sunrise we witnessed. Matt, the house owner, communicated clearly and consistently throughout the booking and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Marquette!

Wonderful Stay Marquette

We have stayed at this property several times and highly recommend it. It is very conveniently located, close to downtown and the beach at McCarty Cove. Beautiful spot for sunrises over the lake. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. We enjoy movie nights and foosball in the entertainment in area. The host is very helpful and communicative. This is an excellent place to stay in Marquette.

This house was perfect! Clean, extremely well stocked, fantastic location, and outstanding Host!! Everything you need or want is in this house from coffee/cups and fully stocked kitchen, to bathroom items, to cushions for the deck furniture, to necessities for a beach visit, to well curated books to read. I will only stay here on my next trip to the UP.

Great location, great property!!!

Close walk to “down town” and steps to Lake Superior, could not have picked a more perfect location for our group. There were only 3 of us but house for sure can accommodate more if needed. Property owner was very on top of everything and checked in to ensure our stay was flawless. 5+ stars, we all would stay again if we find ourselves in Marquette again!

Another Fantastic Stay

This is our second time to stay at The Urban Beachcomber and it was an absolute delight again! Clean with an attention to detail, this light and airy home is exactly what we needed to celebrate and relax. The morning sunsets, easy walks to downtown and a relaxing evening talking with family makes this place perfect. If there were more than five stars, you’d have them!

Wonderful location in Marquette

My family of 4 adults enjoyed our stay in Marquette. We particularly liked the location and the well-stocked kitchen which is the main reason we choose rentals over hotels. Having bedrooms on three different floors was ideal to provide everyone privacy. We did run into an issue in the basement with an unpleasant sewage smell, but it was most likely due to weather. We did contact the owner and were very pleased with all the communication before and during our stay.

Great spot for a family getaway

Matt’s place was a perfect fit for our two families. The downstairs level with a bedroom, bathroom, and entertainment room was perfect for a second family to have some privacy. The location was great, would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the easy beach access! We were especially impressed with the well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this property!

Great Family Vacation

We spend a week in Marquette every summer. This property is oerfect in every way.....location, well stocked, plenty of room to spread out and Matt is always in communication with you for anything. Our family enjoyed the shops and restauraunts near by, easy beach access, and quick drive to access hiking, waterfalls, fly fishing. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful House - Great Location

This house was simply wonderful. And probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Lots of room, very nicely remodeled, a HOT sauna that was amazing and close to everything. You can see Lake Superior from the window and its right on a bike trail. The over is amazing as well. We will be back!

Best experience ever

As someone who has rented lots of places, we have never had as good an experience. First of all, the place was better than advertised. Second, Matt was so communicative that everything went so smoothly. Finally, the property was just amazing.
