'Customer service was great until staff didn’t communicate properly about the parking and when told they made a error now she had to talk to other staff and I wanted a regular room they gave me a hearing accessible room when trying to change it I was given the run around thru Expedia and request wasn’t granted cause Expedia said they couldn’t get into contact with anyone and ask for a refund and repurchase the room like how is that a good option? Overall love the hotel and hope I get my refund...

'Hotel was amazing!!!!! Nikki and Roberto at the front desk were awesome as well as another female who checked us out… I didn’t get her name but she had beautiful jewelry! Everyone was so nice and Nikki gave loved our pups and gave them treats and love every time we went out to use bathroom!! The area was a little sketchy with some locals who hang out at the corner store, but no one bothered us even on our walks to the school down the street. Parking was great and felt secure as well as the hotel...

'It's a fabulous old building converted into a great place to stay. High ceilings and stylish design everywhere made it a very comfortable and cosy place to stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable. It's in a great location as well! I plan to stay here again when I'm back in Milwaukee!!'

'Hotel is situated at walking distance from Harley Davidson Museum and downtown. Rooms are huge and very nicely decorated. However, the beds are lumpy and therefore not very comfortable. Bar staff and staff at check out not friendly at all.'

'Friendly persons, clean room and a good breakfast. Very close to a busstop which I only can recommend. For $ 2.00 the bus drives you straight to the center and you just have to put the money in a box near the busdriver. It’s cheaper if you go by car(parking costs)'

'There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

'Hello, the location was great. The room was nice. Updates could be done some of the furniture. And fixtures are old and starting to wear out. There's no clarification on the parking. Once you get there. You notice that there is a pass. So you can park in the parking lot, but it didn't necessarily give you detailed information on that. Until you got there and hoped that you don't get towed.'
