'What a lovely stay! Within the walls of the city and a 3 min walk to the beach! This spot was special. We had a basic room and still had lovely high ceiling bedroom. The major selling point was the helpful and personal customer service and the terrace views over the beach. '

'The hotel itself was very neat and clean and the staff was really nice. However I don't think this is a four star hotel as there weren't facilities which a four star room should have like a refrigerator and a electric water cooker. Also the breakfast was the same every day, it would have been nice if there were some variations. Lastly I wouldn't recommend coming to this hotel by car because parking is a bit hustle. At departure we asked a staff member where to find a shop to buy some food for our children (to eat during the 2,5 hour trip back to Marrakech). 'We lovend our stay in this luxury hotel, great swimming pools, diner options, location is great (middle of the Medina and safe/quite at the same time) . We are a family and booked 2 rooms next to each other. What a great surprise to have communicating rooms connected by a terrace with view on the fantastic patio. Only minus: breakfast (which is good!) is the same every morning. No variation. '
