'There are only 3 pods, which protects the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view is exceptional and a place to truly relax. The pods offer a good standard of living space with a lovely hot shower and a really comfortable bed. The local sheep add an interesting intro to being in the countryside and lovely to watch. The pod is reached by a narrow single track road but this didn’t cause us any difficulties. The location is great for getting most places in the Dales. We will definitely be back. '

'Wij verbleven voor de tweede keer in deze super engelse cottage. Het staat op een perfecte locatie in het midden van het dorp Hawes. Alle shops en pubs binnen handbereik. Hawes is een ideaal startpunt om de Dales te verkennen. De cottage is zeer compleet en superschoon. Het voelt als een home away from home. Denk wel om alle trappen, hierdoor niet voor iedereen geschikt.'

'We had the best stay at this property. All three properties are very well equipped and were perfect for our large group. The location is stunning and great for doing walks in the local area. Sally was very responsive to any queries I had ahead of the trip and whilst we were there. A hot tub had just been installed a few days before we arrived and was the perfect addition to the property. Interior is a bit outdated but matches the rental fee. Easy contact with host. 'We enjoyed a wonderful short stay at Milton House. Communication by the owner Jo was excellent throughout - from the initial booking to departure. The location is wonderful - within a lovely small village with spectacular scenery, friendly people, and several choices of eateries The accommodation itself is maintained immaculately. 'As ever, heavenly! We spent a lovely 5 days at barn acre. The weather though changeable was excellent and gave us a chance to continue to explore the area. Bolton castle is a must. We were able to return to barn acre knowing that it is a wonderful base. Everything you need for a very comfortable visit. This is our third visit and won’t be our last. We thank the owners for their cosy home from home and their lovely welcome package.'
