CASA CARIDDI is a cozy apartment just a few minutes' drive from the center of Marsala, nestled in a quiet residential area ideal for discovering the wonders of western Sicily.

Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright living room furnished with comfortable matching wicker furniture, evoking a maritime and Mediterranean atmosphere. Colorful paintings and cushions enliven the white walls, filling the room with vibrant and intense tones. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, offers a built-in worktop covered with ceramic tiles in the typical local style and is equipped with a small table perfect for quick breakfasts or as a practical surface when preparing meals. The sleeping area comprises a spacious double bedroom and a single bedroom, furnished in a simple and classic style. From the small bedroom, a spiral staircase leads to a second double bedroom, compact but well organized, with direct access to the beautiful outdoor terrace: a large space furnished with two comfortable sun loungers and a dining table, ideal for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners lulled by the sea breeze and the tranquility of the place. The accommodation is completed by a practical bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment also has private roadside parking.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

CASA CARIDDI is the ideal starting point for exploring Marsala and letting yourself be captivated by the vibrant soul of western Sicily. About 500 meters from the apartment are the Bonfanti pharmacy, the Conad supermarket, and several pizza restaurants. The historic center can be reached in about 5 minutes by car: strolling through the characteristic cobbled streets, you can visit the majestic Mother Church of St. Thomas of Canterbury, the elegant Porta Nuova and Porta Garibaldi, and the renowned Baglio Anselmi Archaeological Museum, which houses the precious wreck of the late Roman ship of Marausa. The area is full of bars, restaurants, and wine bars where you can enjoy Sicilian cuisine and taste the famous Marsala wine. The salt pans, with their breathtaking views at sunset, are also easily accessible in about 10 minutes by car, as is the port, the starting point for excursions to the nearby Egadi Islands. The train station and bus terminal, ideal for getting around and discovering the beauty of the province, are about a 5-minute drive from the property.

How to get there:

By car: from Trapani airport, continue along the SP21. Setting your GPS, you will reach the property in about 20 minutes. From Palermo airport, take the A29/E90 and continue on the SP21. The journey will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

By train: Marsala station is connected to various locations in the region. From here, the apartment can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or by using the city's public transport.
