Een wat ouder 5 sterren Hotel. Kamers zijn netjes, matrassen slapen goed. Mooie grote kamers. Het personeel is zeer goed opgeleid en zeer attent. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Zeer groot assortiment en je eitje wordt ter plekke voor je gemaakt. Het zwembad is groot en aangenaam, maar het water is aan de warme kant (het was dan ook wel 35 graden buiten). Minpunt zijn de enorme kosten voor de extra's zoals de minibar. Voor een bakje nootje van 1 euro betaal je hier 10 euro. Dat zou best wat minder mogen.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, mooie uitstraling van het hotel. Zwembad is lekker groot en schoon. Enige nadeel waren de relatief hoge prijzen voor consumpties bij het zwembad wat wellicht de reden is dat het er niet zo druk is.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sauber, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Aufgrund der Nebensaison war das hoteleigene Restaurant leider geschlossen, aber wir wurden mit jeder Menge guter Empfehlungen versorgt.

Not recommending for families with children
Hotel is definitely not as seen in the pictures. There is no beach in 200m and location is in the middle of nowhere between warehouses. It may seems like an 5 star hotel but it was more like 2* hotel. Definitely not recommending for people with children since you have like nothing to do there. Rooms and the hotel also stinked and bed sheets were dirty. They also charge you for everything. Tourist trap for sure. Only good thing was that the personal was friendly.

Faded glory in the extreme, 2* and not 5*, not conveniently located, no communal bar, charged €13 to have a tea brought to the room, I was disappointed by the experience….

buen hotel
Bueno hotel calidad-precio, un poco apartado del centro y en los alrededores no hay mucha cosa. el hotel muy bien, mas un 4 estrellas, desayuno correcto y habitaciones muy amplias.

The hotel has spacious spaces. The pool and its surroundings are large and not crowded. The pool is fantastic. Actually it's not European 5*, it's more African. The equipment was a bit outdated, the towels were also very worn. The portions in the restaurant are small, but not because of "fine dining". The city center is a 15-20 minute walk away. The walk leads through an unpleasant area, it does not feel good to walk home there late at night. Breakfast is until 10.30, but by 10 o'clock the offer was poor.

Consigliato a chi ha nostalgia degli anni 90
Se volete soggiornare in un hotel degli anni 80-90 questo è il posto che fa per voi. Sono sicuro che questa struttura 40 anni fa era meravigliosa ma ad oggi necessita sembra ombra di dubbio di una rinnovata. ma andiamo per ordine - all'arrivo la struttura si presenta carina - La camera al nostro arrivo non è pronta e ci dicono lo sarà per le 14:30 circa e ci consentono di attendere in piscina. Chiedo di chiamarmi quando è pronta ma evidentemente era chiedere troppo...mi dicono di ritornare dopo un ora e in effetti a quel punto era pronta. cmq una chiamata da un 5 stelle mi aspetto si possa fare no? - piscina ok, grande e pulita ma tutto il contorno datato e poco elegante. - I camerieri non sono da 5 stelle, ne in fatto di efficienza ne in fatto di presenza. Divise non stirate e macchiate, incompetenza generale e poco cordiali, avendo lavorato in un resort 5 stelle direi che al massimo siamo a livello di un 3 e secondo me anche meno. - Non commento il ristorante perchè non lo abbiamo provato, ho però preso un sandwich che era ok...senza infamia ne gloria. - La stanza...se ne volete una stile Gomorrah siete nel posto giusto. Pulita e c'è tutto quello che vi serve, ma sul gusto beh...forse si potrebbe migliorare. - Arriviamo ora al punto peggiore,la colazione. Una tristezza infinita, sia ingredienti che le portate proposte che il servizio assolutamente inesistente, da dimenticare! Se volete tornare indietro nel tempo questo è il posto che fa per voi altrimenti andate altrove

A glorious hotel
The hotel was a great experience in every possible way. We stayed for two extra nights just to enjoy the hotel and Marsala in general. The hotel is a splendid breath of the old world. Large and airy rooms, exquisite service, wonderful pool and overtly glutenous breakfast combined with a traditional ambience gave an impression of time beyond time. Somehow it felt like we were in a classic movie. We fully recommend this hotel to the couples that want to spend some quality time.

Une perle à Marsala
Grand parking, proche de tout, propre, bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse et petit-déjeuner bien fourni. On n’a pas compris les notes basses, et pourtant notre chambre était une chambre classique.

L’albergo è confortevole e comodo al porto da diporto. Il centro si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi, attraversando una zona sicura ma dall’aspetto decadente.

Pleasant decorated room with comfortable bed. We stayed in a suite. Very pleasant helpful staff. Easy free parking. Need to drive a short distance to nearby public lot to access the town. Breakfast offerings were on the weak side not in keeping with the character of the hotel.

Think twice…
1. The door to the hotel room never closed properly without repeated attempts and great strength. It was very loud trying to close the door. 2. The remote to the television did not work. 3. The hotel was empty, void of customers yet it took great effort to be relocated to a room where the door closed properly. 4. It was just myself and two other guests in this massive dining room yet the waiter begrudgingly responded when I asked him to heat up the frittata. The frittata was ice cold on the buffet table. He warms the frittata and also brings runny scrambled eggs??? Absurd just completely absurd. I never asked for scrambled eggs. 5. Only three guests in this massive sized palace hotel and they couldn’t get it right.

Una bella struttura che un tempo avrà fatto la sua figura. Poco personale, nessun servizio di bagnino in piscina, il bar della piscina chiuso, abbiamo ordinato dei Campari Spritz e non sappiamo neanche cosa ci hanno portato dopo mezzora alla modica cifra di 12 € cad. Il vassoio è stato ritirati dal tavolino dopo 6 ore. Nel pomeriggio, quando mi è stata consegnata la camera hanno dimenticato di ritirare una rete ed un materasso singolo, lasciato in mezzo alla stanza. Unica nota positiva il Front office del mattino con due ragazze abbastanza preparate e cordiali. Per i servizi resi credo che le 5 stelle siano inappropriate.
