Welcome travellers to our spacious and modern 2 bedroom home nestled in the south of Malta in a very peaceful neighbourhood, known for it's scenic views & welcoming ambiance.

The house offers comfort & relaxation, providing a large living area with comfy sofas with natural light & space. A well equipped kitchen, inviting dining space and a private balcony are available to make every moment memorable! Also included 2 large bedrooms with comfy beds.

Living Spaces| As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area that radiates comfort and relaxation. Sunlight streams through large windows, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. This room is perfect for unwinding with family and friends, with ample space for cozy gatherings or quiet evenings. The living area is beautifully accented with 2 large and comfy sofa beds which can accommodate another 2 extra guests.

Kitchen| The heart of the home, Our guest will find a fully equipped kitchen with sleek, modern appliances, ample counter space, and custom cabinetry that provides both style and functionality. The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub, a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine perfect for long and short term rentals.

Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms , both with a double bed. One of the bedrooms is an ensuite with a shower. For over and above the sleeping logistics we will open the sofa bed and give you additional linens and towels.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms. One of them is an ensuite with a shower while the other includes a bathtub and is accessible from the living area.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

And if you're in the mood for some outdoor adventure, there are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as charming fishing villages and historic landmarks to explore.

Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze, thanks to its convenient location and variety of transportation options. If you're arriving by car, there is ample street parking available near the apartment. Please note that parking regulations and fees may apply, so be sure to check the signs carefully and follow any instructions provided.

For those who prefer to travel by public transportation, there are several bus stops nearby that offer easy access to other parts of Marsascala and beyond. The bus service in Malta is reliable and affordable, making it a great option for exploring the area.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to avoiding extra noise. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate, but we provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Check-ins are done either by one of our team or by a self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule is given during the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people registered within the booking.

EXTRA NOTES:

Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen clean (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we find.

The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.
