'The Front Desk “Ethan” evening shift, was very attentive. Hotel was clean, lounge is quiet and beautiful, bartender at the lounge really graceful and made really nice drinks much better than your typical bar. Love the quietness and privacy. Rooms are fresh, clean, and elegant. I would only gripe about the breakfast, not hot meals or anything. Just muffins and yogurt/oatmeal cups. But that’s about it'

'Staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. It felt like when we asked for amenities it was an inconvenience for them and you can clearly tell by their reaction and demeanor.'

'Filthy room. Beautiful, newer, hotel but room poorly maintained. My feet were black from walking around the room, every time I turned on the bathroom water a very strong stench of sewer came up, toilet had been not cleaned and there were pubes on the seat and poop marks inside the bowl, pillows were horribly old and beat up, plus not enough of them, took hours to figure out how to use the television. Even from maintenance. Bad was hard. You'd think a lovely hotel would be their first investment...

'Terrible. There were roaches crawling everywhere, and smashed roaches on the wall and floors. It does not looked like the rooms were cleaned in a long time or at all. The sink was cracked as well as the shower. Our family arrived late in the evening, so we were all extremely tired. I couldn’t sleep and wanted to make sure I didn’t see any rodents or roaches trying to get into our luggage and bags. The kids got to sleep and as soon as the sun started to rise we left. 'All around amazing'

'Het is een mooi en netjes hotel, zeker een aanrader. We waren er twee nachten, bedden zijn goed, mooie ruime badkamer. Het is een uur rijden van Santa Monica en het Hollywood Sign. Er is de hele dag koffie beschikbaar. Nadeel is het geluid van de weg (I 71), misschien afhankelijk waar je kamer is, als je beide gordijnen dicht doet heb je er minder hinder van.'

'I enjoyed my stay here and loved the Italian restaurant that was on the property. My only compliant was that the pool was closed when we arrived, we were told it would open the following day in the afternoon and it never opened. Would've been nice to have somewhat of a discount. But other than that very nice hotel and the complimentary cookies were so good!'

'Hotel was clean, spacious room and bathroom, iron and board in the room, air-conditioning. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were no stores (only restaurants) or public transport in walking distance. So its either having a car or take a taxi'
