Luxe, Adembenemende Berg / uitzicht op de rivier en privacy op je wachten

Thuis voltooid in het voorjaar van 2008, zat uitzicht Franse Broad River w / panoramisch uitzicht op Mt. Mitchell aan de ene kant en Mt. Pisgah aan de andere kant, een half uur ten noorden van Asheville. Dit is de perfecte weg te komen van alle bestemming nog is het slechts 10 minuten van de provinciehoofdstad van Marshall en 15 van het full-service supermarkt.

Huis ligt op meer dan 20 hectaren, waardoor veel ruimte om te wandelen. Er zijn 3 verdiepingen (4200+ vierkante voet) naar familiebijeenkomsten tegemoet en was professioneel ingericht met comfort en luxe in het achterhoofd.

Er zijn 3 stenen open haarden, 2 grote tv's en 5 anderen in het kantoor en slaapkamers. Recreatieruimte in het onderste niveau met bar en een pooltafel, plus 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers (master w / jacuzzi en inloopdouche) w / vloerverwarming en een wasmachine / droger. Begane grond heeft een volledige keuken, wasruimte, grote kamer, master bed / badkamer met jacuzzi, inloopdouche en dek. Bovenste verdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers (een koning, de andere w / 2 doubles) plus een complete badkamer en kantoor. 7 personen hot tub en 2 eettafels aan dek om te genieten van een van de soort uitzicht op de bergen en de Franse Broad River.

For starters the host was amazing, always available and willing to answer all questions we had and open to accommodate to our needs! The cabin was as described, very spacious and with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for every party involved! Beautiful place to spend good time with family or friends, relax and enjoy a stunning view and yet close enough to a nice little town with great shops and restaurants! The house is incredible and the view from the back deck was wonderful. While you don’t need a 4x4 to get up the mountain during the summer, there are enough pot holes that you need something larger than a Mazda Miata. We had our friend park his in Asheville at a garage over the weekend and pick it up at the end with no issues. I would highly recommend the house to any large groups of people.

Beautiful Vista in a quite mountain surrounding made it easy to recharge. Situated in the quaint town of Marshall and with easy access to Ashville close by for entertainment, made this location a prime vacation spot.

Beautiful Property!

The house was perfect, and clean. woody and Joan were great communicators and the property was just the right size for 12 people. The only complaint the we had was the trek through the driveway was a little unexpected! Even with the directions it took a couple tries to get comfortable. Please go slow, some of the potholes are deeper than they look. Also pay attention to the weather. There are a few spots that end up being more mud than gravel. Also due to the house being on its own wells and septic the water smells a little sulfury, but nothing that’s unexpected or uncomfortable. Overall the property was great, the hosts were great and we would love to come back again!

The Views are Amazing

For the first time in 20 years, I was able to get all four of our kids and several grandkids together in one place at one time. Overall, the place was wonderful and provided us with a great Christmas gathering. The views are amazing. The biggest problem was with the "queen bed" in the office. It is a fold out sofa that does not support the mattress. Our 31-year-old son and his wife used that room and had a terrible first night after a very long drive. They didn't want to say anything at first, but when he did, I was shocked at the condition of the fold out sofa. The mattress does not stay up in the frame at the end. The next night, we tried the air beds found in one of the closets. The queen size air bed did not hold air at all. We left a note on this bed so the maintenance people could get it replaced before anyone else tried to use it. There were two camper style air beds that needed some special attachment to inflate, but there was no attachment with them. They ended up sleeping on the floor. The other issue was with the main level TV. We put some batteries in one of the remotes and were able to turn the TV on and off and one of the kids figured out how to change channels, but there was no way to change the volume. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this VRBO. The rooms are spacious and other than the office, the beds were fine. The property was very clean. The kitchen was large enough for several cooks to work at once. The road is passible.

This is the second time that my group of friends has stayed in this cabin over New Year’s. We’ve come back because the place is great. The view is amazing. There were 3 families. There was plenty of room for all the kids. 4 families would fit as long as kids can share rooms. We had young children , so that was difficult. The kitchen is fully stocked and has lots of counter space. Everything worked the way it should. The only tough part is the drive up. However, the owners gave very specific instructions, and once you’ve done it there’s no problem. I would recommend getting there in the daylight for a first time. If you’re looking for a great view in a house that can hold up to 4 families then this is your place!

The views were the best part. I couldn't stop taken pictures. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything you need. The road is a little tight. Just hope you don't meet anyone coming the other way. Woth the journey for the privacy and the views though.

A beautiful home

Perfect space for our group! Kitchen was functional for the size of our group, bedroom layout was great for multiple families, everyone enjoyed the game room/bar and the multiple outdoor seating arrangements. The space was extremely clean knowing pets are regularly visiting. Very pleased with the fact that paper products and all linens were provided. Gorgeous view all day, but perfect sunrises and sunsets. Extremely happy with this property and with the communication from the host! Will definitely be back!
