I appreciated the “patriotic” details in the lobby but the fluorescent lighting added to the dismal feeling. The location is excellent , however it lacks the details that would give it excellent reviews. The bathroom had mold on the bath tiles and caulking and there weren’t enough towels. The fluorescent lighting is horrible, the room in dire need of new carpeting and with a very visible hole adjacent...

'Everything was pretty nice. The area around this hotel was upscale, lots of great shopping and dining options. And the breakfast buffet was extensive...anything and everything you could want! We found that there was road noise all night. That was the downside.'

'Kamer was schoon en de indeling was ideaal voor ons gezin. Woongedeelte voor de kids en de aparte slaapkamer voor de ouders. Het hele hotel zag er netjes uit. Het ontbijt was klein, maar wel goed. Koffie, muffins, fruit, cornflakes en chocolademelk. Het was allemaal vers. Het terras buiten was ook voorzien van dikke kussens om op te zitten. Wasruimte was ideaal. In het zwembad lagen drie dode insecten, dat was het enige minpuntje. Ik zou dit hotel zo weer boeken.'

'The staff was friendly and helpful. The hallways and public areas were clean and updated. Breakfast was good and better than your typical hotel breakfast. The rooms were clean enough but need updating. The housekeeping staff did a great job, but the carpet is old and worn, the furniture is old, the bathroom needs updating, etc.'

'When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.'

'The toilet in the room was broken when we arrived and needed to be repaired after we called down and complained. In the morning, while using the microwave in the room, we lost power in the room and they were not able to fix it while we were there. Overall for a 1 night stay, it was not enjoyable. Curious if we were put in that room, knowing the toilet was broken because we booked thru Expedia at a reduced rate?! I am a Hilton Honors member and not sure I will use Expedia again if this is how...
