'Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight.'

'The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep. Good little pizza place across the street was still open so we were also able to get some dinner.'

'Love the midtown location. It’s not in the crazy chaos and noise of Broadway but has a nice set of restaurants and bars that are walkable. You can walk to Gulch and then the flipside to Edgehill. And it’s an easy service car ride so you don’t have to pay the $50/night parking. The hotel is modern and pretty clean. We used the rooftop pool and fitness room. 'We love staying in unique properties and adore old architecture. This is an old train station.... next to functioning railroad tracks. The trains run all night and our room was overlooking the tracks... we didn't sleep well, but wouldn't miss the experience.'

Betaalbaar parkeren ($ 20,- p/dg); klein half uurtje lopen naar Broadway waar het allemaal gebeurt en slechts 6 minuten lopen naar de RCA Studios B, zeker doen als Sun Studio's in Memphis hebt bezocht. Ontbijt prima met aparte omelet service. Kamer prima, dagelijks schone handdoeken; airco wel aan lawaaierige kant die snachts echt wel aan moet om niet uit je bed te zwemmen'

'Ideal if you have to be as close as possible to Vanderbilt, it is only a few mins by car. Room was clean and comfy. Only negative point: came out the next morning to find 4 cars broke in to. Not ours thankfully, but don't leave anything in car there. '
