A charming trullo featuring traditional and picturesque architecture, equipped with every comfort to accommodate two people. The accommodations are located in the countryside of the Itria Valley, a short distance from the center of Martina Franca, where you can enjoy a vacation in complete tranquility and easily explore the surrounding area by car. It features a furnished patio in the garden with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, as well as a beautiful hot tub for moments of unmissable relaxation. Parking included!



The 50-square-meter accommodations are located on the first floor of a complex of trulli (please note there is a low step to access it) and is laid out as follows:



- Kitchenette equipped with two separate induction cooktops, a mini-fridge with a small freezer compartment, a moka pot, a kettle, and a microwave

- Living area with a dining table and a fabric bench

- Bedroom with a double bed, an alcove-style clothing rack with hangers, and split A/C

- En-suite bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- The garden features a covered patio, a resin hot tub, a table with chairs, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and sun loungers.



Additional amenities available to guests: uncovered parking space inside the gate, UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

- NO TV.

- The bench in the living area is not a bed.

- The Wi-Fi is not high-speed, and the thickness of the trulli’s walls does not always guarantee a strong signal.

- The property is located next to a high-speed road.

- The beach umbrella shown in the photo is NOT usable.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Martina Franca is a charming Baroque-style town, located in the heart of the Itria Valley and nestled among traditional olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is marvelous, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino, dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant’Antonio, which houses a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from whom the Valle d’Itria takes its name. Don’t miss a visit to the Palazzo Ducale, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with its shaded paths adorned with neoclassical fountains. Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous worldwide for its trulli, and to the beautiful town of Locorotondo.
