WePuglia - Trulli Brillina

Trulli Brillina is a lovely trulli villa, renovated and furnished preserving the authenticity of the place. The villa is located in the beautiful countryside of Valle d’Itria among Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello. It has a small swimming pool (3.5m x 2.5m and h 1.5m) for the exclusive use of guests, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. The accomodation is perfect for couples or small families and can accommodate up to 4 people, it is ideal for those looking for relaxation and tranquility.

The house consists of seven finely restored trulli cones. It is equipped with kitchen with 4 gas burners, sink, fridge, oven and table with chairs. There is also a living room with a French sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Inside an alcove there is a French double bed. Outside the villa there are a large stone square, a pergola with outdoor table and chairs, a fitness bench, a large walnut tree with hammock, a small swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (3.5m x 2.5m and 1.5m h), outdoor shower, solarium area with 2 sun loungers and barbecue.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Martina Franca, equal to 0.80€ per day for each person over 13, for the first 5 days.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 200€
