'We loved our stay in Howard’s apartment. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring in all directions—Richmond with all its great restaurants, Golden Gate Park and the de Young museum, the Presidio etc. Nearby Geary street gives you a. Straight shot downtown on the bus. Howard was very helpful and communicative and we particularly appreciated his letting us leave our luggage for a late pick up on our last day. It was a delightful stay. '

'I stayed here for a week to visit my brother. It was perfect walking distance and i did a lot more walking in San Francisco than i do at home! I wasn't at the hotel much during the day but it was quiet at night and i slept good! I had a small fan because I'm hot natured and that helped. The people at the desk were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you!'

'I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. I felt safe. It was loud but not unbearable. A car horn and siren woke me up. The windows are right by the street. No real complaints. The stairs kinda shocked us. To afraid to ride the old school elevator. Would stay again my husband wouldn’t. '
