The pool and hot tub/splash pad at the Oasis allow for tranquil swims in rejuvenating saltwater, beautiful sunrises through the forest from the back deck, and a cozy fire pit for those late nights or early morning coffee drinks. You will relax and sleep in the guest house at the property's rear. This is a private and peaceful spot on the property, and you will have undisturbed access to all the amenities.

The private saltwater pool and splash pad/hot tub are available and open ALL YEAR LONG! The pool, the entire backyard, and its amenities are for your private use while you stay at the Oasis and are not shared with anyone.

**The pool can be heated for an additional $40.00 per day.**
Important Note: The pool and splash pad/hot tub are connected to the same heating system. To have the hot tub/splash tub warmed up, you must pay the pool heat fee.

When needing a break from the pool, embrace and relax in the covered lounge area that overlooks the pool, equipped with a built-in gas grill, outdoor TV, and dining table to entertain and grill for your guests. ✔ Saltwater Pool (Great for skin, hair, and eyes) and anyone with water sensitivities.

✔ Pool and hot tub/splash pad can be heated up with natural gas for quick and comforting water temps during those late-night dips and chilly months for an additional fee of $40.00 per day.

(During October-April, the pool takes 24 hours to warm up. Please let us know ahead of time if you'll be using the pool or splash pad/hot tub when booking, and we will turn on the pool in anticipation of your arrival.)

✔ Fiberglass Pool (extremely durable) with built-in seating around the deep end to effortlessly enjoy full submersion while relaxing.

✔ The splash pad next to the pool acts as a hot tub! The depth is 20" and is a great perk for the little ones.

✔ The pool is maintained daily by owners (vacuuming, chemicals, skimmer, cleaning, etc.) You will always have crystal clear, clean, safe, and comfortable water to swim in.

✔ Pool towels are provided and available.

✔ The pool is private and not shared with anyone else, including hosts, during your stay. You will have undisturbed, full use of the pool during your stay.

✔ Pool depths: the deep end is 7' deep, and the shallow end is 3.5.' The deep end has seating inside the pool to sit and enjoy the view. Please observe all the pool signs on the property.

Other notes:
✔ This newly constructed guest house space was renovated in 2017 and is entirely private. Contactless entries are standard, as a WiFi door code is the means of access and is provided to you within 24hrs of your check-in.

✔ By booking this property, you agree and acknowledge that the guest house is a two-story building with the bedroom and office space located on the lower second floor via way of stairs and that the living area, kitchen, and full bathroom are on the ground level floor.

✔ All pets are considered but require a pet deposit of $35 per pet. Please let us know if pets will be accompanying you during your stay.

✔ Due to health and safety issues smoking/vaping is not permitted in the home under any circumstance. Therefore, the property is a non-smoking home. If you smoke on-site, a $150.00 fee applies.

✔ Please note that there is a $50 fee for not checking out on time if it impedes the cleaning crew. Please prepare for a prompt and on-time check-out. Check-out is at 11:00 am unless a late check-out is approved by the hosts.

We have a quiet time at 10:00 pm at the Oasis. You are, of course, allowed to be outside enjoying the pool and the amenities after this time, but the noise level must be kept to a respectable level. Yelling, shouting, playing loud music, or TV Volume violates the noise level policy. If the noise level is an issue, a warning will be sent to the guest through the VRBO app, notifying the guest of the issue, and 15 minutes will be given to correct the issue. If the noise level continues and another warning is submitted, a $100.00 excessive noise level fee may be applied for each night the violation occurs.

There are five security cameras in the common outdoor areas of the property.

An active recording will be taking place in these outdoor common areas only during the reservation.

This ensures safety and compliance with our safety rules, guest limitations, and policies.

The cameras are located in the following outdoor common areas and only have a vantage point:
- Front of the main house under the carport.
- Above the guest house door and common area outdoor basketball court.
- Two locations over the pool and side gate only
- One over the entryway gate.

We take privacy and your safety very seriously at The Oasis; none of the cameras' vantages point to any window and are only listed in the common areas above.

About the Owners:

Hosts occupy the property's primary home 24/7, and we always make ourselves available to help you with questions or needs. This guest house is separate from the main house by a side gate access and a locked door with a Smart WiFi deadbolt.
