Villa Oasi Marina is entirely fenced with walls and gates. It`s surrounded by a big garden with a furnished porch, with outdoor lounge and barbecue, table and chairs, ideal at lunch or dinner.
The holiday home consists of a big living room with modern furniture and air conditioning, a sofa bed for two guests, television and fireplace; kitchen with electric oeven and dining are.
The sleeping area of Villa Oasi Marina, reachable trough some steps, consists of a hallway with air conditioning, 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. Moreover, there are two bathrooms with shower (one of which is outside with laundry room and washing machine).

Villa Oasi Marina is in Campomarino, near Maruggio, one of the most interesting tourist destinations for holidays by the sea in Puglia,
on the Ionian coast of nothern Salento. There are golden sandy beaches
and crystal clear sea. Campomarino, with its amenities and shops, is 500
meters away, while the closest beach, reachable through a path on the
dune, is 150 meters away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 94 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room and in the corridor near bedrooms.
- One is an outdoor bathroom with no hot water.
