The Bilo 1 Joy Home is a rental apartment in complex with swimming pool located Maruggio,
in the Alto Salento Ionic, 5 minutes from the beaches of Campomarino.
The Bilo 1 located on the ground floor of the complex, is equipped with air conditioning, internet wi-fi, washing machine and kitchenette. 
The
swimming pool is located on the rear of the property and is shared with
the other solutions of the complex Joy of Home B&B and apartments.

The
Bilo 1 of Joy Home is a holiday apartment located on the ground floor
of a small complex in Maruggio. The entrance is in a courtyard that is
shared with all guests of the hotel. From this courtyard, a
side-corridor leading to the pool on the back and at the entrance of the
holiday home. 
The Bilo 1 is formed by a spacious living room
furnished with dining room and sofa bed in the French. From here it
passes to a fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with
shower.

Joy Home B&B and apartments is a complex 2 apartments and 2 bed and breakfast rooms to Maruggio,
just 2 km from the beaches of Campomarino. Joy Home is located in a
residential area not a problem, but just 300 meters walk from the
entrance to the charming old town. 
Although small, Maruggio
offers all the main services. The beautiful soft sandy beaches and the
crystalline sea of Campomarino is located just 2.5 kilometres from the
residence. 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
