• NO VIOLATION OF LOCAL LAWS AND NOISE ORDINANCES

• NO SAND in the house. Sand damages the floor, plumbing, and appliances.
Rinse ALL CLOTHING of sand with the outside shower (garage side entrance) before entering the house or washing clothing.
• NO USE of WASHER or DRYER for clothing with sand as it will destroy appliances.
• NO use of INDOOR SHOWER with sand as it will cause drain damage.
• Existence of sand following your check-out necessary results in additional cleaning fee and repair (plumbing and appliance) fees which you agree (remediation for cleaning $75/hour, any plumbing $350, and $375 per washer or dryer appliance).

3 In the event of eviction, you agree to full payment for the entire reservation plus standard fees, with no refunds for an early checkout.

4 You agree to leave upon notice of eviction and that any further presence on the property is a trespass.

5 No unregistered guests will be allowed on the property. all adult guests must register with gov't id with the host or co-host.

6 You agree that violation of these rules or the house rules & regulations by members of your party (adults, children, or service animals) may result in the eviction of yourself or the entire party without a refund to the primary guest.

7 For you and all additional guest dependents, you agree to immediately pay all costs (including legal costs, service, time & material) upon notification of costs for repair or replacement of items belonging to or attached to the property as a result to theft, destruction, damage, or injury to property or items or property during your visit.

8 BICYCLE WAIVER: for you and your dependents, you accept all risk of operation regardless of bicycle operational fitness. You accept all duty to inspect and determine ride worthiness before and during operation. You agree that risk of injury or death exists while operating a bicycle. You agree to provide your own personal safety equipment (helmets, shoes, body shielding, gloves, etc.). You accept all duty to learn and observe laws and ordinances required to operate bicycles. Without reservation, YOU agree to defend and forever indemnify and hold harmless and release of all liability Hampton Court, LLC, its agents, employees, officers, beneficiaries, members, affiliates, and associates and of any injury or death which may result of bicycle operation.

9 If any term or provision of this Agreement shall, to any extent, be determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or body of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby, and each term and provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10 By entering this agreement, you, as a Primary or Additional guest, accept all the terms of this agreement for yourself and dependents, and to observe all rules and policies provided in this agreement and in the GUEST WELECOME GUIDE, provided to THE PRIMARY GUEST electronically or located at "The Property."

11 You AGREE that Hampton Court, LLC shall determine the venue (civil court or private arbitration and venue qualification) for any dispute.

12 You have read, understand, and promise to uphold this agreement.
