'Nice hotel with proximity to many restaurants and shopping. We were there for a quick stay and did not utilize the hotel’s amenities. We did not encounter any issues during our stay. Of note: the front desk staff made sure we got our famous DoubleTree Cookies (yummy) and the A/C in the room worked great!'

'I usually stay here when I come back home. Staff won’t ever let me check in early. Barely even under 30mins early. One of the two elevators is usually broken. One of the 2 sides doors on each side of the building is usually broken. Parking isn’t enough sometimes for the visitors. Staff is ok definitely don ’t go out their way to be nice. I started staying somewhere else. Around the corner. Room better and staff way more nicer. Like I’m paying you haven’t given me nothing for free. So why so mean.'

'This hotel was fine for our one-night stopover in Annapolis. Location was good with plenty of free parking. The room was spacious, although fairly basic. Beds were clean and comfortable.
On the down side, the foyer of the hotel wasn't very clean when we visited. Perhaps someone had just been in with dirty shoes on but the carpet seemed a bit grubby. Breakfast was very basic.
So fine for a stopover but don't expect anything fancy.'

'The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. Everything is comfortable too. Also, the Wharf area has plenty of food, entertainment and nightlife. It was just a short Uber away from the National Theater and the National Gallery of Art. We didn’t walk because we were with my mother-in-law and it was the usual DC summer sauna. It is totally walkable at other times of the year. I love this hotel.'
