'We got a downgrade for our reservation, because something went wrong with the booking and the superior room want available for one night. Only the didn't refund or give any about compensation. The staff is nice only the owner makes you feel not really welcome. And the rooms are really noisy because of a rooster and dogs next door that made us stay a wake all most all night. Things you won't expect from a good hotel.....'

'Ein Juwel außerhalb von Dumaguete. Das Resort hat nur vier Zimmer / Suiten. Sehr groß, sehr sauber. In dem schönen Garten befindet sich der Pool sowie in einem separaten Gebäude die Reception, Küche und Restaurant. Sehr ruhige ( und etwas abgelegene Lage). Allerdings kein Problem, der sehr oft fahrende Bus ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gesamte Team, dass unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Ich habe so viele Tipps bekommen wie was zu machen ist...

'The diving was awesome ... something new every dive. Guides (Ace) were very skilled and spotted all the things we wanted to see on our muck diving treasure hunts. Resort staff and manager were super friendly and sorted a couple of our trips outside the property. Trip to Oslob went well with total round trip 6am to 1pm and no wait in any queue to see those wonderful whale sharks. Another day trip to the Baslay hotsprings we did by scooter, what fun! 'Overall, I am happy with the place. I stayed in room 203. The king size bed was comfy. The room is so spacious but my only issue is the toilet. The space between the toilet bowl and the wall is so small that it would be a problem for tall people. Breakfast choices are ok. Staff in general are so nice and helpful. The location is ok but you will definitely need a car. We brought a car but am sure the hotel can arrange transportation. '
