We hadden een niet rokers kamer, maar door een niet goed functionerend ventilatiesysteem kregen we stank van rokers in ons (bad)kamer, ronduit teleurstellend. Het was verder een prettige kamer, goed bed en de faciliteiten waren ok. De voegen in de douchecabine vertoonde helaas zwarte schimmel. Parkeren was veilig, personeel was doorgaans vriendelijk. Avondeten was goed, persoonlijk vond ik het ontbijt wat tegen vallen. Al met al, het kan beter, ook in Lesotho.

Lækkert poolområde men ringe aircondition
Overordnet en god oplevelse. Men der er også en del minusser såsom Aircondition på værelserne der ikke virkede optimalt, hvorfor vi måtte bytte værelse, hvor der udover ringe aircondition her også, lugtede af røg. Receptionen havde problemer med at finde vores booking flere gange, hvilket var irriterende. Tilgengæld var fitnesscenter og pool området virkelig godt og lækkert. Gode massagebehandlinger. Fin standard morgenmad.

The property was very nice but they need to significantly work on their customer service. There were many little things that occurred which lead to a less than satisfactory experience. At one point, our server in the restaurant asked us for money so she could buy a banana. Very awkward.

A dated hotel but clean. Air-conditioning didn't work very well and if you open the balcony door to try cool the room it is ridiculously noisy from all the Aircon's and machinery located outside on the roof below.

I loved the spacious room, working area the big bath tub, the lotions and soaps and the gym. Very good breakfast. Unfortunately the time I was there they ran out of my favouriote drink Heinekken and could notyunderstand why this was so for a full three days.

Great option in Maseru
Very good luxury stay in Maseru, probably the nicest property in the city. The property had a great view from the balcony as well. I thought the bed was very comfortable, there was luckily heat and A/C, and the bathroom was spacious. Would recommend anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

Excellent value for money
First visit to Lesotho and our 2 night stay at Avani Lesotho made it memorable. Our room had a beautiful view of the sparkling pool. Choice of 3 restaurants at the hotel and for entertainment there was the casino. Spotlessly clean , luxurious and modern. Definitely recommended. Use of the gym and sauna was complementary. There is also a spa on site. Friendly staff from security,reception,cleaning etc. Wifi is available right throughout the hotel.

I wonder who designed the layout of sinks in the basin and bath tub in the bathroom. Very difficult to wash hands and face. Experienced problems when checking wth amount to pay. Hotel could not get through to the 24 hours number and this was frustrating. This is not the first time I experienced this issue using hotels.com

Smoker’s paradise
For the money, this hotel is pretty disappointing. They allow smoking in the casino so it smells like an ashtray. But the pool is nice and the staff is incredibly nice - they made up for any misgivings. But if you really can’t stand the smell of last night’s party, probably best to avoid. That said, it’s likely the only place in Maseru to stay if you’re used to creature comforts.

Clean and nice patio bar with a view
On the third room (one too noisy ventilation another not being able to close the balcony door) all went well. Clean, good bed and nice breakfast. Slow service and stingy approach on amenities and towels in the bathroom. There are no healthy alternatives on the menus (the salads served in the lobby bar Leifo are a joke and hardly qualify as starters) However do you like chips this is your place. Good Chinese restaurant on lower level. Basic gym with lots of locals and loud music.

Excellent service, comfortable and spacious, good breakfast and buffet, but a rather basic menu and a barely above average Chinese restaurant, and though a bit removed from everything they do organise transport.
