'The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful!!! Mariam at the front desk is the best!! So helpful so polite so friendly and made my stay excellent! Kitchen staff is great, all staff is willing to help at any time with a great attitude! The pools really nice and the breakfast has lots of options. The style of the hotel is a bit outdated, the gym has some options but not many, internet cut out sometimes but I think its a city issue, and uber/careem/taxis don’t like picking up jobs in the area...

'We were very happy with our stay here. The room worked perfect for us as a family of 4 with less than 24hrs in Egypt and the location was great for proximity to the airport. The room looked like it was recently renovated. Only complaint was that the road outside the hotel was very noisy at night but it didn’t seem to disturb the kids (1 and 3yrs) so overall it was fine '

'Tolip El Galaa Cairo Hotel is a very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor in de rooms are very dirty and the staff is not pleasant. The rooms are outdated. It is a hotel for Egyptians. I think we were the only foreigners in this Hotel. The breakfast is very bad. It is not a 5 star hotel. Most 5 star hotels in Cairo are excellent. Luckely we had to stay just for 1 night.'

'Great place to stay in a new gated community in New Cairo development; the apartment is spotless clean with modern appliances and everything you need to make yourself home. There is a mall within 10 mins walk which has a supper market , coffee shops and resturants. The property management team is very responsive and always available on whatsap or you can just walk to their office on ground floor during business hours. '

'The Royal Marshall has been a massive surprise and for the price eating in just like going out, which I did. The staff were always polite and helpful during our stay, plus if you need anything late at night, like we did as no luggage, rang around and got us up and running. Is situated in a good central point for our trips and after our week here can only highly recommend Also has great WiFi, can a bit congested in the rooms in the evenings but I found normal at most hotels I’ve stayed Thank you...
