- The huts are on the side of the road and the road noise is very loud. Even when inside the cabin its very noisy and thin windows.
- The place is clean.
- Bathroom is small.
- There is no good balcony furniture.
- Alot of light comes in the room, in the morning. There are large windows that dont have blinds or drapes.

'This property looks good from outside as a tea house, but the hotel rooms are downstairs and are not easy to access. The stair way has steep steps. The rooms are very small and simple with minimum furniture. The bathroom has a smell as the sewage is not sealed properly. The room pictures listed are very misleading. The real condition is actually very primitive. Not recommended.'

"Wij hebben bij Ponte Villas een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad. Bij aankomst had Jarno last van Bali Belly, maar het personeel heeft hem geweldig geholpen. Ze zorgden voor gemberthee en verse kokosnoot, en het eten werd speciaal voor hem aangepast. Echt fantastische service! Onze vriend Wawan speelde hierin een grote rol en verdient absoluut een extra vermelding, maar uiteraard ook het andere personeel.
De kamers en het hotel zijn prachtig, alles is netjes en schoon. Jayak doet hier heel hard zijn best voor, deze lieve jongen heeft ons ook goed geholpen de eerste dagen.
Kortom: een absolute aanrader! Als we weer naar deze regio reizen, komen we hier zéker terug."
"We hadden een villa met zwembad met uitzicht op het strand met palmbomen. De villa is voorzien van alle gemakken: ruim, mooi en verzorgingsproducten. Elke dag wordt je bed opgemaakt en het zwembad schoongemaakt. Het restaurant ligt op de heuvel, vanaf daar heb je een mooi uitzicht over de omgeving en je kan er heerlijk eten. Het personeel is attent en vriendelijk. "

"Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, stijlvol en gezellig! Ze lieten ons op voorhand weten dat we mss wat ongemakken gingen hebben van de bouwwerken omdat ze aan het uitbreiden zijn maar we merkten er echt zo goed als niets van, we zagen ze hoogstens eens passeren! Ook een dikke pluim voor het beautysalon! Nog nooit zo een manicure en pedicure gekregen! Ze waren 2u met 2 meisjes tegelijkertijd bezig aan mijn handen en voeten, was echt zalig!!! De accommodatie ligt ook buiten het drukke centrum maar ook niet te ver van alles dus echt ideaal!!!"
