'The house was amazing! It was beautifully decorated & was clean. There were ample bath/kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, toiletries etc. that allowed our stay to be comfortable. With 2 living, dining & kitchen areas, it gave our group much more space to spread out comfortably. There is plenty of parking & great outdoor space. We’ve already booked for next year!'

'We stayed here over the 4th of July! It was in a great location in the heart of Effingham right above a great little speakeasy and just a couple blocks from Joe Sippers for morning coffee. It looked exactly like the pictures — a big bright, open loft in a historic building that somehow still managed to feel modern and cozy. It’s one of those places that feels like being at home even though you’re away, especially with a well appointed kitchen with all the basic utensils and supplies for cooking....

'Property was as advertised and very clean. Plenty of kitchen tools, ect. Nice location and water floats, ect. While I doubt this would keep us from going back, the request to wash and dry towels before leaving was unusual and washer and dryer cycles were both slow. Enjoyed our stay!'

'This was our second stay here. We booked the second floor apartment and we loved it. Haley is easy to communicate with and answers quickly. We're impressed with the cleanliness, and the A/C was nice and cold, which helped in the 95 heat. I'm sure we'll be back!'

'Very convenient location, Very cosy and stylish apartment, with a big variety of things to do (f.e. games, the arcade machines were great!). But also nice shops and restaurants in walking distance to explore, very quiet at night.'
