It consists of a living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with a closet, and a bathroom.

The apartment enjoys plenty of natural light thanks to the French doors, which provide direct access to a private, fenced-in terrace—ideal for relaxing outdoors. This space is particularly well-suited for families with children and those traveling with pets, offering a safe environment where they can play and move about freely.



Available under a short-term hotel lease, ideal for students or business travelers.

Availability: from mid-September to mid-May, as well as during the summer (June–September).



It also features a concierge service, reserved parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV. Laundry service (for a fee) and bike rentals are available.
