Villa La Luce spans two beautifully appointed floors, connected by a central staircase, with inviting communal areas and luxurious private spaces.



Ground floor: a light-filled living room decorated with vibrant majolica tiles that add a touch of Mediterranean flair, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a dining area ideal for shared meals, plus a guest bathroom for all guests. Two spacious king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on this level, each with full-light windows that bring the surrounding natural beauty indoors.

First floor: an elegant spiral staircase leads to three additional king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first-floor bedrooms include private balconies with cozy lounging furniture and awe-inspiring views of the Mediterranean Sea and the lush surroundings.

Services Policy

To ensure consistent service standards, proper coordination and respect for the property, external suppliers and third-party service providers are not permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, catering companies, event vendors, decorators, musicians, photographers, wellness practitioners, transportation providers and other external contractors.

All guest services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy and its approved partners.



Parking: private parking is available for up to 2 cars within the property. The final stretch of road becomes slightly narrow, so medium-sized cars are recommended for greater comfort, while larger vehicles or vans may find access less convenient.

City tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.

Accessibility: the villa is set over two levels and includes a few steps to access certain areas, generally easy to manage but not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
