Villa bij Monte San Costanzo met zwembad

You’ll find a villa designed as a family home—a place to enjoy the outdoors and spend time with those you love. Every part of the house creates a natural connection between the indoor spaces and the landscape, with the sea as the focal point.

The terrace overlooking the horizon, the outdoor kitchen, the Mediterranean garden, and the pool are the places where you’ll spend most of your days—from breakfast in the sun to long summer evenings at the table.

The garden is home to olive trees, lemon trees, herbs, and Mediterranean flowers that change with the seasons, making every visit unique. The garden is tended with care and continually enriched with new plants and cozy nooks, because a home evolves alongside those who live in it.

From here, you can hike up Monte San Costanzo to a small chapel with spectacular views of Capri and the Bay of Naples, explore the protected Baia di Ieranto with its crystal-clear waters, or walk down 600 ancient stone steps to the hidden cove at Fiordo di Crapolla. The Michelin-starred restaurant Don Alfonso 1890 is just five minutes away.
