VILLA SILENZIO – MASSA LUBRENSE
Nestled in the peaceful hills of the Massa Lubrense area, the villa enjoys a secluded panoramic setting surrounded by approximately 20,000 sqm of private grounds. Overlooking the sparkling waters of the Gulf and the enchanting Li Galli islands, the villa offers complete privacy and a truly relaxing atmosphere, while remaining within easy reach of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento Peninsula’s most iconic destinations.

INDOORS
This is an independent villa of approximately 150 sqm arranged over two levels connected internally.

Upper Floor
The bright living room features large panoramic windows framing the sea views, together with a sofa, and air conditioning. Adjacent to the living area is the open-plan kitchen and dining space with table seating for up to 10 guests. Also, on this level we find, two double bedrooms with queen-size bed, sea-view window, TV and air conditioning, and two bathrooms with shower.

Lower Floor
Reached via approximately 15 internal steps or 10 external steps, the lower level offers two additional double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower, direct access to a sea-view terrace, TV, mini fridge and kettle.


OUTDOORS
The villa features approximately 143 sqm of panoramic terraces equipped for outdoor living and dining, all overlooking the sea and the Li Galli islands. Guests can relax in the heated sea-view jacuzzi (2x2 m, 85 cm deep), enjoy the solarium area with sun loungers or simply unwind surrounded by nature and silence.
There is an outdoor kitchen area which includes a traditional wood-fired pizza oven ( cannot be used by guests; available exclusively with the villa’s pizzaiolo service).
The extensive Mediterranean gardens surrounding the villa create an atmosphere of complete privacy and tranquillity, ideal for a restorative holiday immersed in nature.

Important Information
- Access to the villa is via a private pathway of approximately 140 metres including some steps. While the walk rewards guests with exceptional privacy and panoramic views, the property is not suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility difficulties.
- Parking is available approximately 850 metres from the villa in a paid public parking area. Luggage service is included on arrival and departure, and private transfers with local drivers can also be arranged.
- External catering services are not permitted
- The wood-fired pizza oven may only be used with the villa’s pizzaiolo service
