The real heart of the house is the outdoor area: equipped garden and patio; barbecue for outdoor barbecues; outdoor shower, ideal after the sea; table, chairs and deckchairs for relaxation, all surrounded by trees, meadows and vineyards: the perfect place for outdoor lunches, aperitifs at sunset and moments of pure relaxation.
The interiors are cozy and bright. The apartment (80 sqm, ground floor) was partially renovated in 2025 and is designed to offer comfort and convenience: 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning; living room with dining area, sofa bed, flat screen TV and direct access to the garden; fully equipped open kitchen (gas and electric cookers, microwave, kettle, toaster); full bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.
The rooms are simple, bright and ideal for families or couples who want to immediately feel at home.
For a carefree holiday you will find: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating (seasonal), washing machine, iron, hairdryer, private parking for 1 car (100 m away), terrace, covered patio and private garden.
On request (with supplement): extra cleaning, grocery shopping before arrival, transfers from/to the airport.
Vitamin Sea's location is perfect for exploring and discovering the area: bus stop 700 m away, Marina della Lobra, Nerano, Punta Campanella a few minutes away, Sorrento 8 km, Positano 20 km, Amalfi 40 km, excursions, beaches and breathtaking views all around.
Recommended car (narrow and steep access road, suitable for small/medium cars). The house and the parking lot can be reached via a narrow road of about 500 m. Small/medium-sized cars (such as Fiat Panda or similar) are recommended.
