For your holiday with family and friends in Lugano, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but only a few minutes from the station and the centre, GIUKA APARTMENT is the perfect home! This original three-bedroom apartment, housed in a historic house in a quiet street in Massagno, has retained a vintage feel thanks to its beautifully maintained floors, enhanced by creative but essential furnishings.

The large living room welcomes you with a relaxation area, with a sofa and armchairs where you can read a book and chat with friends, and a large dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is separate, equipped with everything you need and complete with a dining table. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, which are spacious and bright. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Free Wi-Fi available. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited. 

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment has a private parking space. (max dimensions: L:6.00m, W:2.00m, H:2.30m)

The area is quiet and residential, and within walking distance has restaurants, stores, supermarkets, pharmacies. Within walking distance are Cinema Lux and Grotto Valletta restaurant.

The apartment is located just over a 10-minute walk from the station.

Lugano\'s lakefront and the heart of the historic city can be reached by car in just 10 to 15 minutes, or on foot in about 15 minutes. Here you can stroll along the cobblestone streets of the center, the Piazza Riforma and Via Nassa, a famous shopping street. Walking along the lakefront you can reach the LAC museum and the Paradiso area, or Ciani Park with its beautiful garden and villa.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS: in less than 10 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, from the Lugano train station you can walk to the apartment in 10 minutes, or take bus No. 4 direction \"Canobbio, Ganna\" and get off at \"Massagno, Vicolo Vecchio\" and get off at the stop or bus No. 5. at \"Massagno, Genzana\" direction \"Manno, Uovo di Manno\" and get off at \"Massagno, Al Sole\". From the bus stops, walk for 5 minutes.
