Welcome to "Philomène", one of the 4 gîtes of this former presbytery from 1868. <br>My husband Bruno and I have carefully renovated these cottages to offer you a comfortable stay with family, couple or friends.<br><br>In this 3* cottage, you will have:<br>• 1 courtyard with garden furniture: electric barbecue, access to the land<br>• 1 living room, with equipped kitchen area (with dishwasher)<br>• 1 bedroom with double bed, <br><br>Rental of house linen and/or bath 10 € per kit.<br>Cleaning option: 60€<br><br>Possibility of twinning with our other cottages (Lou Percat: 4 people and Albaret: 4 people).<br><br>You will find on the first floor: <br>-1 living room with wood stove in old fireplace with fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)<br>- 1 TV with Netflix<br>- 2 armchairs<br> - 1 table - 4 chairs<br><br>Upstairs, you will find: <br>- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 <br> Bed linen is provided and beds are made on arrival <br>- Bathroom with washbasin, shower, hairdryer, washing machine, cleaning products<br>- Separate toilet<br><br>Outside you can enjoy: <br>- 1 courtyard with garden furniture <br>- 1 electric barbecue grill <br>- 1 free access to our land at the back with the start of hikes<br><br>The accommodations are located in the small hamlet of La Piguière (between the sabot de Malepeyre and the point Sublime), 8 km from La Canourgue with all shops and the A75. 18 km from La Malène (Gorges du Tarn).<br>You have a parking lot at your disposal.<br><br>Owners on site -<br><br>The accommodations are located in a very quiet hamlet surrounded by pine forests, ideal for nature lovers, mountain bike hikers and hikers with several hiking departures (crossing with the Chemin de Saint Guilhem among others).<br><br>Not far from the accommodations are a beautiful church that you can visit.<br><br>WEEKLY RENTAL JULY AND AUGUST FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY - <br>MINIMUM RENTAL 2 NIGHTS LOW SEASON: APRIL - MAY - JUNE - SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER - NOVEMBER - <br><br>Please note:<br>- This is a non-smoking accommodation <br>- Pets not allowed <br>- There is no wifi but a very good 4G connection <br>- The church bell does not ring at night.<br>- We are on site and will be happy to get to know you.
