'I spent a week at your hotel recently by myself, and felt so cared for and felt very at ease and comfortable. Each person I met, breakfast service but especially the front desk were so kind and will to help if I had any issues at all. If I return to Grand Rapids/ Wyoming and the Town Place Suites by Marriott will be my choice again, thank you so very much. 'Staff was very accommodating '

'Room was generously sized and clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. The host in the dining area greeted each guest. I thought that was nice. Bed was very comfortable, water was hot, really liked the extra pegs to hang things up. Only dislike for me was the perfumed air in the room and halls. But would definitely stay again.'

'We had a great overnight stay. Showers were hot, beds were clean; room smelled fresh, without any heavy fragrances. Only issue was with the very soiled washers. We had hoped to do a couple loads of laundry but all the machines had moldy/filthy gaskets and smelled bad. Otherwise our stay was good.'
