'To be honest, it was a little confusing. We arrived close to midnight, and our room was located in a different building than the registration desk. We're very good at getting lost, and fortunately the bartender from the hotel saw us wandering around the state house with our suitcases, and pointed us in the right direction. 'Good location. Friendly staff. A minor snafu that was addressed. Very comfortable.'

'Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.'

'I would never stay there again. The service staff accused me of having several people in my room. They called my room and threatened to charge me. I walked in the hotel at the same time as other people and they assumed we were together.'

'When we arrived people were still checking out because of the problem with the elevators. So we have to wait for the room to be cleaned. We booked a handicap room but was giving a standard room I called down to the desk and they did move us to a handicap room. The Restaurant was closed for remodeling. One of the two elevators was not working. The hallways were hot. The a/c was working in our room just fine. It could be a nice place to stay. The location is great for someone that wants to shop...

'This hotel was fine for our one-night stopover in Annapolis. Location was good with plenty of free parking. The room was spacious, although fairly basic. Beds were clean and comfortable. On the down side, the foyer of the hotel wasn't very clean when we visited. Perhaps someone had just been in with dirty shoes on but the carpet seemed a bit grubby. Breakfast was very basic. So fine for a stopover but don't expect anything fancy.'

'Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??'

'Clean and nice but bathroom is very small. Breakfast was good but they ran out of several item including auto pancake machine which was a bummer. Overall very good'
