Reserved a room with a balcony which we got but it was full of pine needles and other tree debris. No chairs or anything on the balcony and it faced the freeway and all we got is loud traffic noise. The rest are all disadvantages. -- no service -- I saw cops many times in my 5-day stay -- loud neighbours -- lots of noisy, teen kids running around in the corridors. I guess the property is rented by some state agency for boarding the kids under the state care I stayed there for the sunk cost. I will not go back.'
