'Er is geprobeerd op een wat ludieke manier het aantrekkelijk te maken voor jonge kinderen. Voor ons niet nuttig maar ook niet storend. Wat er moest zijn, was er.'
'It's such a lovely spot and the room was spacious, super clean and with a view out to the lovely surrounding area. The bed was also very comfy and the pillow too, and this from someone who is princess and the pea with her pillows! I also got a really great rate for my one night stay.'

Very handy spot for local attractions. We stayed for one night on a mini-break and the room was perfect. Lovely bedroom decoration, nicely fitted out bathroom with a decent sized bath and rainfall...

on monday the kitchen is closed which is a point because in the villages isn't much to eat.

'The Devonshire arms in baslow was a very quaint and beautifully decorated in for us to stay. It encapsulated the English countryside vibe that we were going for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in both the restaurant and pub area was excellent. We absolutely loved being there, and glad we were there for three nights. We would highly recommend this place to others!

'I was a bit hesitant staying at a Marston hotel due to previous experience bit this property restored that.
Staff from outset were welcoming and the rooms was better than expected.
