'It was clean and high standard, very comfortable, spacious bedroom and bathroom, clean and hot shower, good size television, very cool air-conditioning and most of all they great customer service. The staff are very nice and friendly and respectful. Great breakfast with a lot of options!
I will give them 10 stars not 5.'

'Nice room for the price and love the kitchenette. Supplies were all there and our one night stay was very comfortable. Love how pet friendly the property is with multiple potty stations and plenty of grass surrounding the building. '

'Best stay in a hotel ever for myself and my fiance. Only complaint is the day shift front desk woman was not friendly, no greeting or welcome and looked like she did not want to be there, on her cellphone most of the time. Overnight gentleman was very helpful and much nicer. Overall a wonderful stay'

'Convenient to Kalamazoo airport as well as Portage and downtown Kalamazoo. Very near I-94 exit/entrance. Currently a little difficult to get into parking area and main entrance with inadequate signage. Breakfast good.'
